Newpark Resort Townhomes, a picturesque community in Park City, Utah, offers a perfect balance of serene mountain living and modern convenience. Our neighborhood is known for its breathtaking views, outdoor recreational opportunities, and a strong sense of community.

HOA Board

Introducing our HOA Board, a team of committed residents who volunteer their time and energy to enhance our community living.  

• Ray Erickson, a seasoned operations professional with an MBA, who balances multiple roles at Mercer Island School District and property management, actively participates in various committees. He purchased unit #83 in 2015 and became a board member in 2018.

• John McMurrough, a skilled Character Animator with project leadership experience, purchased unit #83 in 2015 and joined the board in 2018

• Amanda Singer, a retired government administrator with experience in leading various task forces and committees. She purchased unit #63 in 2013 and later joined the Board in 2022.

• Craig Austin, owner/operator of a small portfolio of residential properties and STRs. He purchased unit #33 & #35 in 2021 and joined the Newpark's Board in 2023.

Cooper's Management

Since June 2019, Cooper's Management, now managing NOA and NRROA properties, oversees 14 homeowner communities in Park City, providing maintenance, snow removal, and capital improvements. They also handle administrative and financial tasks for HOAs, including budgeting and a centralized dues payment system. Owned by James and Lindsey Stevenson, who moved from New York five years ago, the company has expanded to manage HOAs, individual properties, and luxury vacation rentals in Park City.
